Shipping Timeframes & Processing:

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Within Europe: 7-12 business days

These are estimates, and delays may occasionally occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs:

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $35.

For orders under this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 will be applied at checkout.
Shipping Destinations & Address Accuracy:

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with your neighbors or local post office.

For parcels lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
