Refund policy
At MLS Gear Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Customized Products (jerseys with printed names, numbers, or special patches) are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or due to an error on our part.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or to issue a partial refund.
Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] within the return window to request a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Package Securely: Include all original items, tags, and packaging. Please enclose a note with your order number and reason for return.

Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges not caused by our error.
